A&J Future Fitness is an official Hammer Strength Training Centre with twenty-one pieces of Hammer Strength equipment.

The gym comprises of three rooms.

The main room downstairs has twenty-eight pieces of equipment from manufacturers such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Watson & Panatta. This includes a Watson dumbbell rack with 2kg-60kg dumbbells & a lifting platform. This room is where our reception, changing rooms, showers, toilets, sunbeds, and lockers are located.

There are two rooms upstairs –

Room 1- This is our cardio room which has eleven pieces of cardio equipment mainly from Life Fitness but also includes a Stairmaster & two concept 2 rowers. Also in this room are seven pieces of weight training equipment including a Life Fitness smith machine and a Panatta hip thrust.

Room 2- This is our Functional Training room. In here you will find a Rogue sled, Assault Air bike, Concept 2 Skierg, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Dumbells, Punchbag, and various other pieces of training equipment used for functional
